Info Edge independent director Aruna Sundararajan resigns

Info Edge (India) Limited disclosed today that Aruna Sundararajan has resigned as an independent director, effective October 12, 2025. The resignation, tendered via e-mail at 11:04 AM (IST) on the same day, stems from her recent appointment as a government nominee to a regulatory body, which could lead to conflicts of interest. Consequently, Ms. Sundararajan will also cease to be a member of the audit committee and chairperson of the stakeholders relationship committee.

The board of directors acknowledged Ms. Sundararajan's valuable contributions and guidance during her tenure. Ms. Sundararajan confirmed there are no other material reasons for her resignation beyond those stated in her resignation letter.

Ms. Sundararajan currently holds directorships in Delhivery Limited, L&T Technology Services Limited, and National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development. Her committee positions include memberships and chairmanships across audit, corporate social responsibility, stakeholders relationship, risk management, and nomination and remuneration committees at these entities.
