ZF Steering Gear: Three promoters reclassified as public shareholders

ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited, in an announcement dated October 11, 2025, confirmed the reclassification of three individuals—Mrs. Amita Jinendra Munot, Mr. Piyush Jinendra Munot, and Mr. Yash Munot—from the promoter/promoter group category to public shareholders. This reclassification, approved by BSE Limited, aligns with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company received a no-objection letter from BSE Limited on October 10, 2025, following an application submitted on September 11, 2025. This allows the reclassification request to proceed, officially recognizing the aforementioned individuals as public shareholders.

ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited will reflect this change in its quarterly shareholding pattern, which will be filed for December 31, 2025, as per Regulation 31 of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
