Jaiprakash Power Ventures to hold board meeting for financial results

Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited announced its 154th board meeting will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025.

In line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended in 2018, the trading window for the company's shares has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until the evening of October 20, 2025. During this period, employees, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities.
