Indian Overseas Bank to announce half-yearly financial results

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 16, 2025, in Chennai. The primary agenda of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 29(1) & 50 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the IOB Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the bank's securities has been closed. This restriction applies to designated persons of the bank and their immediate relatives, effective from October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until October 18, 2025, inclusive of both days.
