BLS International clarifies MEA order, highlights business diversification

BLS International Services Ltd. announced on October 11, 2025, that a directive from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) temporarily restricts the company from participating in new Indian Mission tenders for two years. The company clarified that this order does not affect its current financials or ongoing operations, with all existing contracts remaining valid. The order is not expected to significantly impact the company's financial outlook.

In Q1FY26, Indian Missions contributed approximately 12% to the company's consolidated revenue and around 8% to its EBITDA. BLS International views this as a procedural development and is working towards a resolution.

The company has strategically diversified its business, securing new contracts across the United States, UAE, Spain, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Portugal, along with the UIDAI project in India. Acquisitions of iDATA and Citizenship Invest in the last financial year further strengthened its revenue mix and resilience against regional developments.
