AU Small Finance Bank increases capital through ESOP share allotment

On October 11, 2025, AU Small Finance Bank allotted 160,556 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10. This allotment resulted from the exercise of an equivalent number of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under various schemes, including ESOP 2016 (4,189 shares), ESOP 2018 (10,426 shares), ESOP 2020 (20,034 shares), and ESOP 2023 (125,907 shares).

The total number of equity shares allotted through these ESOPs, 160,556, directly contributes to an adjustment in the bank's capital structure.

Consequently, the bank's paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 7,46,11,12,220 to Rs. 7,46,27,17,780. This information was disclosed as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
