AGI Greenpac board to review Q2 and half-year financial results

AGI Greenpac Limited has scheduled its 334th board of directors meeting for Saturday, October 18, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results. These results will encompass segment-wise revenue, results, and assets and liabilities for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

The board will also review the statement of assets and liabilities and the cash flow statement for the half year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, other routine matters will be addressed during the meeting.
