Varun Beverages announces chief human resources officer's resignation

Varun Beverages Limited (VBL) has notified the stock exchanges of the resignation of Rohit Vishal Gupta, a senior management personnel, from his role as chief human resources officer. The company confirmed that Gupta will be relieved from his duties effective October 10, 2025, which marks his last working day.

The resignation follows a journey of contributing to the maturity and digitization of VBL's HR function, as stated in Gupta's resignation letter dated July 11, 2025. He expressed satisfaction with the transformative journey undertaken during his tenure in talent management and HR practices.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. VBL has ensured that all necessary disclosures regarding the change have been provided to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited.
