V-Mart Retail announces senior vice president's resignation

V-Mart Retail Limited today announced the resignation of Syed Ali Athar, vice president (skill development & training), from his position as a senior management personnel (SMP). The resignation, effective October 10, 2025, was tendered via a letter received on the same date. The company stated that Athar is stepping down to pursue personal opportunities.

According to the official intimation, Athar's last working day will be determined as per company policy, following the required notice period. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

The company will provide further details regarding Athar's resignation in Annexure A and Annexure B of the official filing. Megha Tandon, company secretary and compliance officer, formally submitted the announcement.
