Urja Global announces company secretary resignation

Urja Global Limited announced the resignation of Manish Kumar from his position as company secretary and compliance officer, effective October 10, 2025, at the close of business hours. The resignation is attributed to personal reasons, with no other material reasons confirmed in his resignation letter.

The company will initiate the necessary steps to relieve Kumar from his responsibilities and submit the required forms to the Registrar of Companies. Kumar expressed gratitude to the board and management for the opportunities and support during his tenure.

This change in key managerial personnel was disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
