TTK Prestige chairman emeritus T.T. Jagannathan passes away

TTK Prestige Limited has reported the demise of T.T. Jagannathan, chairman emeritus and a key member of the promoter and promoter group, on October 9, 2025. The company expressed profound sorrow, acknowledging his passing as an irreparable loss.

Mr. Jagannathan held 4,241,868 shares in TTK Prestige in his personal capacity, representing 3.10% of the company's total holding. Additionally, he was a partner in M/s TT Krishnamachari & Co., another promoter of the company, which holds a substantial 82,767,238 equity shares, or 60.44%.

In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Jagannathan will cease to be part of the promoter and promoter group. The transmission of his shareholding to nominees will be processed, with the shares remaining in his name until the completion of the transmission.
