TTK Healthcare promoter T.T. Jagannathan passes away

TTK Healthcare Limited informed stock exchanges on October 10, 2025, about the sudden demise of T.T. Jagannathan, a promoter and member of the promoter group, on October 9, 2025. This intimation was made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

At the time of his passing, Jagannathan held 7,59,298 shares, representing a 5.37% individual holding in TTK Healthcare Limited. Additionally, he was a partner with a 3% share in M/s T.T. Krishnamachari & Co., another promoter of the company, which holds 95,32,610 equity shares, equating to 67.46% of TTK Healthcare.

Following his demise, Jagannathan will cease to be part of the promoter and promoter group as per SEBI LODR Regulations. His name will remain in the company's shareholding pattern until the formal transmission of his shares to his nominee(s) is completed.
