Tata Power board to meet November 11 for financial results approval

The Board of Directors of Tata Power Company Limited is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone) and unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.

This announcement is made in compliance with Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 50(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Furthermore, in accordance with the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities closed on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
