Sundaram-Clayton board to review Q2 financial results on Nov. 6

Sundaram-Clayton Limited will convene a board of directors meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited (limited reviewed) standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. This decision aligns with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In connection with this, the trading window for dealing in the company’s scrips by designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until November 8, 2025, inclusive.
