Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network appoints five new directors

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd, in its board meeting on October 10, 2025, approved the appointment of five new directors. Srivatsava Sunkara has been appointed as an additional executive and managing director for five years, bringing expertise in AI and LLMs. Kiran Kumar Inampudi joins as an additional executive (non-independent) director, also for a five-year term, contributing over 27 years of experience in technology.

Additionally, three non-executive independent directors were appointed for five-year terms, effective October 10, 2025. These include Ramavath Suresh, currently chief executive of Harley’s Group; Sharath Kumar Rekhapalli Naga, co-founder and chief executive of 5-Swans; and Sripal Reddy Molugu, chief executive of ENERGON Group. All appointments are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, and none of the newly appointed directors have relationships with existing directors or are debarred by SEBI.
