SIS acquires state medical assistance holdings, expands australian healthcare presence

SIS Limited, through its step-down subsidiary SIS Australia Group Pty Ltd, announced on October 10, 2025, the acquisition of 100% shareholding in State Medical Assistance Holdings Pty Ltd ("SMA"). The acquisition involves a cash consideration of AUD 2.5 million.

SMA, incorporated in 2013, specializes in Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT), event medical support, clinical governance, and aged care services across New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. This strategic move aligns with SIS's Medical & Rescue business in Australia, enhancing the SIS Australia Group's portfolio with patient transport services.

SMA reported revenues of AUD 12.10 million for the year ended June 2023, AUD 13.50 million for June 2024, and AUD 12.70 million for June 2025. No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this acquisition.
