Rushil Decor begins trial production at phase 2 of jumbo laminate plant

Rushil Decor Limited has begun trial run production at Phase 2 of its Jumbo Size Laminates plant, located in Village Itla, Gandhinagar. This follows the successful commercial launch of Phase 1 operations at the same facility. The Phase 2 expansion adds approximately 1.6 million sheets per annum of production capacity, based on 1 mm thickness.

With the integration of both phases, the plant’s total capacity reaches 2.8 million sheets per annum, targeting high-growth international markets including the USA, Europe, and other developed Western markets. This expansion is projected to generate additional annual revenues of approximately ₹300 crore, with an EBITDA margin of around 11%. The company has already secured export orders for a significant portion of its new capacity.

This brownfield development is anticipated to positively contribute to both top-line and bottom-line performance during FY 2025-26, aligning with the company's commitment to complete the project by Q3 FY26. Rushil Decor aims for consolidated revenues of approximately ₹11,000 million in mid-FY2026.
