Quess Corp announces CFO resignation effective October 2025

Quess Corp Limited announced the resignation of Sushanth Pai, its chief financial officer and key managerial personnel. The resignation is effective from the close of business on October 17, 2025.

Mr. Pai cited urgent commitments to his family following a recent bereavement as the reason for his departure. The company has acknowledged his resignation and will relieve him of his duties as per the stated effective date.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. Kundan Kumar Lal, company secretary & compliance officer, signed the announcement on behalf of Quess Corp Limited.
