Orient Paper appoints Dr. Yusuf Ali Solanki as new CHRO

Orient Paper & Industries Limited announced the appointment of Dr. Yusuf Ali Solanki as chief human resource officer (CHRO), effective October 10, 2025. The company made this disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Dr. Solanki's term will continue until his resignation or attainment of the company's retirement age, whichever occurs first.

Dr. Solanki brings over two decades of extensive experience in human resource management, organizational transformation, and business excellence. His career spans various sectors, including paper, cement, power, and mining, where he held leadership positions at notable organizations such as Emami Paper Mills, Lafarge India Private Limited, and ACC Ltd. He holds a Ph.D. in management and an MBA (HR).

Throughout his career, Dr. Solanki has been recognized with prestigious awards, including Top HR Icon 2024, Great Place to Work Certification, and CII HR Excellence Awards.
