Nestle India announces senior management reorganization effective 2026

Nestle India Limited announced a senior management reorganization, effective January 1, 2026, subject to necessary approvals. Mr. Vineet Singh, currently business executive officer (BEO) - nutrition, will lead the combined nutrition and dairy portfolio, while Mr. Manav Sahni (BEO - dairy) will transition to a new role. Mr. Gopichandar Jagatheesan (BEO - confectionery) will head the combined confectionery and cereals portfolio, with Mr. Varun Sethuraman (BEO - cereals) moving to head - marketing communications. Mr. Chandan Mukherji will exit as head - strategy and marketing communications.

Further changes involve Mr. Varun Gupta (head - supply chain) taking on leadership for the exports and imports business, leading to Mr. Vasudevan Krishnan's departure as head - exports and imports business. Mr. Himmat Singh (head - corporate affairs) will oversee corporate affairs, sustainability and societal initiatives, with Ms. Taruna Saxena stepping out as head - sustainability and societal initiatives.

Additionally, Ms. Dhwani Rao, currently associate general counsel, will assume the role of general counsel and head - legal and compliance, replacing Mr. T S Venkateswaran, who will step out from his current position. These adjustments are part of an internal restructuring to streamline leadership across various functions.
