Nesco board to meet November 6 for financial results

Nesco Limited has announced its board of directors will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with prior notifications, the trading window for dealing in Nesco shares has been closed since October 1, 2025. This restriction applies to directors, designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the public disclosure of the financial results.
