MMTC announces new statutory auditors for fiscal year 2025-26

MMTC Limited has informed stock exchanges about the appointment of its statutory, joint statutory, and branch auditors for the financial year 2025-2026. The Comptroller & Auditor General (CAG) of India, through a letter dated September 10, 2025, designated five firms for this role, exercising powers under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The appointed firms include DINESH JAIN & ASSOCIATES (New Delhi) as the statutory auditor, alongside A P DOSHI & COMPANY LLP (Mumbai), SHARP & TANNAN (Chennai), SUDHAKAR & KUMAR ASSOCIATES (Visakhapatnam), and PUNDARIKASHYAM & ASSOCIATES (Hyderabad) as branch auditors. The appointments are effective September 26, 2025. These firms will also audit the consolidated financial statements.

Dinesh Jain & Associates, established in 1984, boasts over 38 years of experience in audit and taxation, including statutory and internal audits for PSUs and other entities, and has been empanelled with the CAG since 1993. The remuneration and allowances for these auditors will be regulated as per Section 142 of the Companies Act, 2013.
