Mankind Pharma acquires Bharat Serums' women's health portfolio for ₹797 crores

Mankind Pharma Limited has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) to acquire the Branded Generic Business relating to the Women Health Rx Portfolio from Bharat Serums & Vaccines Limited (BSV), a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition, valued at ₹797 crores on a slump sale basis, was formalized on October 10, 2025.

The payment structure involves 50% of the consideration being paid on the Closing Date, as defined in the BTA, with the remaining balance payable within 150 days from the Closing Date. The completion of this acquisition is contingent upon fulfilling specified pre-conditions, closing actions, and other terms detailed in the BTA.
