Kolte-Patil acquires 7.5-acre land parcel in Pune for future development

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited (KPDL) announced on October 10, 2025, the acquisition of an approximately 7.5-acre land parcel in Bhugaon, Pune. This strategic acquisition is estimated to yield a saleable area of about 1.9 million square feet and a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 1,400 crore. The company highlights Bhugaon as an emerging residential destination with strong urban connectivity and proximity to major employment hubs.

The acquisition strengthens KPDL's presence in Pune, aligning with its strategy to deliver value-driven developments in high-potential micro-markets. Kolte-Patil has a diversified presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru and has developed over 68 projects covering more than 30 million square feet across these cities.

KPDL maintains a strong financial position, with long-term bank debt rated 'AA-/Stable' and short-term bank loan facilities as 'A1+' by CRISIL. The company has partnered with several marquee financial institutions, and its projects are marketed under the 'Kolte-Patil' and '24K' brands.
