Jubilant subsidiary launches new high-speed isolator line in US

Jubilant Pharmova Limited announced on October 10, 2025, that its US-based subsidiary, Jubilant HollisterStier LLC (JHS), has successfully launched a new high-speed isolator-based sterile fill & finish line at its Spokane Manufacturing Facility in Washington. This marks the third such line at the facility and brings an additional 50% capacity, initiating revenue generation with its inaugural batch. The $132 million investment reflects a commitment to innovation, quality, and supply chain resilience.

The new line features advanced isolator technology designed for enhanced sterility assurance and operational precision, meeting global regulatory standards. Together with the upcoming Fourth Line, JHS is on track to double its total sterile injectable manufacturing capacity at the Spokane facility. The company anticipates reaching full utilization for the new line within the next three years, driven by strong traction in requests for proposals (RFPs) from large innovator pharma companies.
