Indus Towers reappoints Sharad Bhansali as independent director

Indus Towers Limited announced the re-appointment of Sharad Bhansali as a non-executive independent director for a second consecutive term of five years. This decision, made by the board of directors on October 10, 2025, is effective from November 19, 2025, until November 18, 2030, and remains subject to shareholder approval. The re-appointment follows a recommendation from the HR, Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Bhansali, a law graduate and managing partner of APJ-SLG Law Offices, brings extensive experience in international corporate and commercial law, specializing in WTO and trade law, anti-dumping, and foreign direct investment. His background includes serving as a member of the Indian Revenue Service and director in anti-dumping and trade policy divisions of the Ministry of Commerce.

The board meeting, which approved this re-appointment, concluded at 02:40 pm (IST). The company confirmed that Bhansali is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or authority.
