Indian Bank to review Q2 and half-year financials

Indian Bank has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Thursday, October 16, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) standalone/consolidated financial results of the bank for the second quarter (Q2) and half year of fiscal year 2025-26, which concluded on September 30, 2025.

In adherence to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this notification informs stakeholders about the impending financial review.

Furthermore, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for directors, designated persons, their relatives, and connected persons, which closed on October 1, 2025, will re-open on October 19, 2025.
