Eraaya Lifespaces adjusts audit structure for some subsidiaries

Eraaya Lifespaces Limited, a BSE-listed company, disclosed on October 10, 2025, a change in the statutory audit structure for certain subsidiaries operating under the Ebix Inc. framework. This internal realignment resulted in one of the joint statutory auditors discontinuing its association due to a non-alignment on commercial terms.

Following this discontinuation, M/s K. G. Somani & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, will continue as the sole statutory auditor for the affected subsidiaries for the remainder of their term. The company emphasized that this change complies with the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant regulations.

The company clarified that this adjustment pertains solely to subsidiary-level audits and will not impact the statutory auditors or the financial statements of Eraaya Lifespaces Limited or its other subsidiaries. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
