Dixon Technologies board to review Q2, half-year financials

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In continuation of an earlier intimation dated September 29, 2025, the company also confirmed the closure of its trading window. The trading window for dealing in company securities, implemented from October 1, 2025, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's "Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information," will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
