Balrampur Chini Mills board to meet on financials, interim dividend

Balrampur Chini Mills Limited announced its board of directors will meet on Monday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will discuss and approve the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-2026. A record date for this interim dividend will also be fixed during the meeting.
