Advait Energy subsidiary signs Gujarat investment MoU for ₹1,450 Cr projects

Advait Greenergy Private Limited (AGPL), a subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat on October 10, 2025. This agreement is part of an investment promotion activity for the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference, with AGPL intending to establish two projects in Gujarat.

The projects are projected to aggregate to ₹1,450 Cr. Under the MoU, the Government of Gujarat will facilitate AGPL in obtaining necessary permissions, registrations, approvals, and clearances from relevant state departments, in accordance with existing policies and regulations. The transaction does not involve any related parties or issuance of shares to the other party.
