Zee Entertainment board to meet for Q2, half-year results

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited has announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, on both standalone and consolidated bases.

In compliance with the company's insider trading code, the trading window for dealing in Zee Entertainment equity shares has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the upcoming board meeting.

The announcement was made by company secretary Ashish Ramesh Agarwal on October 9, 2025, to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
