Wasatch Advisors increases stake in KFin Technologies

Wasatch Advisors LP, an acquirer, has disclosed an open market purchase of shares in KFin Technologies Ltd. The acquisition, detailed under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, took place on October 07, 2025.

Prior to this acquisition, Wasatch Advisors LP held 8,589,979 shares, representing 4.987% of the total share/voting capital. The latest transaction involved the acquisition of an additional 306,098 shares carrying voting rights, increasing their holding by 0.178%.

Following the acquisition, Wasatch Advisors LP's total holding in KFin Technologies Ltd stands at 8,896,077 shares, amounting to 5.164% of the equity share capital. The total equity share capital of KFin Technologies Ltd before and after the acquisition is reported as INR 1,722,628,000.00, based on 172,262,800 total issued shares.
