Tata Elxsi allots shares under employee stock option plan

Tata Elxsi Limited announced that its board of directors, at a meeting held on October 9, 2025, allotted 1,195 equity shares. This allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of performance stock options by eligible employees under the "Tata Elxsi Limited Performance Stock Option Plan 2023."

Following this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased. The total paid-up equity share capital now stands at Rs. 62,29,37,580, divided into 6,22,93,758 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. This represents an increase from the previous capital of Rs. 62,29,25,630, comprising 6,22,92,563 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
