SJVN appoints Shailender Aggarwal as new chief internal auditor

SJVN Limited, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, announced the appointment of Shailender Aggarwal as the new chief internal auditor. The decision was made during the board of directors' meeting held on October 09, 2025.

Aggarwal brings over 33 years of public sector experience, holding a B. Com (Hons.) and an MBA in Finance. His extensive expertise spans investment management, financial concurrence for tenders, salary and establishment, trust management, and statutory audit coordination. He has previously served in key finance and audit capacities across corporate office, project sites, and the internal audit department.
