Shankara Building Products announces new CFO and company secretary

On October 9, 2025, Shankara Building Products Limited announced the appointment of Satyanarayana J W as chief financial officer and Ramesh S as company secretary and compliance officer, both effective the same day. These individuals are designated as key managerial personnel (KMP) and senior management personnel. Satyanarayana brings 20 years of experience as a seasoned professional and is a qualified chartered accountant, while Ramesh S is a qualified company secretary with over three years of experience in corporate law and RBI compliances.

In parallel, the company re-designated two whole-time directors. Dhananjay Mirlay Srinivas and C. Ravikumar transitioned from whole-time directors to non-executive directors / directors (liable to retire by rotation), effective October 9, 2025. Srinivas has been with the company for five years, driving strategic growth initiatives, and Ravikumar has 37 years of experience in the steel pipes and building products industry.
