SBC Exports partners with Punjab Kings to promote "F-Route" apparel

On October 9, 2025, SBC Exports Limited announced a sponsorship agreement with K.P.H. Dream Cricket Private Limited, owner of the Indian Premier League (IPL) team Punjab Kings. This collaboration aims to promote SBC Exports' apparel brand "F-Route" by leveraging the team's popularity and market reach. The agreement, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, grants SBC Exports the right to use the team's name, logos, images, and digital signatures of team players.

The partnership is designed to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence for "F-Route" through mutual marketing, merchandising, and promotional campaigns. All payments under the agreement will be exclusive of any applicable GST. The agreement can be terminated under various conditions, including uncured remediable breaches within 30 days of notice, irremediable material breaches, or a change of control of either party.

SBC Exports will act as a sponsorship partner, while the franchisee, K.P.H. Dream Cricket Private Limited, retains sole operational control and undisputed ownership of all related intellectual property rights. No shareholding or control rights are conferred through this agreement, and no related party relationships exist between the parties involved.
