Ramco Aviation selected by Global Engine Maintenance India for digital transformation

Ramco Systems announced on October 9, 2025, that it will implement its next-gen Aviation Software for Global Engine Maintenance India Private Limited (GEM India), a subsidiary of Global Engine Maintenance LLC USA. This solution aims to digitize and streamline GEM India's aircraft engine teardown operations, focusing on the CFM56 engine platform. The software will manage the Engine to USM cycle, improving turnaround times, material availability, and regulatory compliance.

The Ramco Aviation Software includes modules for Engineering & Tech Publications, Maintenance, MRO Contracts, Pricing & Billing & Part Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Finance & Accounting. This integrated platform will provide end-to-end visibility of operations, automate compliance, and integrate finance. Digital tools such as the Engine Visit Hub, Ramco Anywhere mobile apps, and real-time dashboards are expected to enhance process efficiencies and enable paperless operations.

GEM India's general manager, James Ranjith Jeyakumar, highlighted Ramco Aviation Software's deep engine MRO capabilities and end-to-end integration as key factors in their selection. Sam Jacob, evp & head-aviation, aerospace & defense at Ramco Systems, emphasized the platform's role in optimizing turnaround times, ensuring compliance, and strengthening financial control for engine MRO operations.
