Quick Heal board to review financial results on October 15

Quick Heal Technologies Limited has scheduled a board meeting for Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for Quick Heal securities closed on October 1, 2025. This window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public following the October 15 board meeting.
