Nitta Gelatin India board to meet for Q2 and half-year results

Nitta Gelatin India Limited announced its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, October 31, 2025. The meeting, to be held via video conferencing, is scheduled to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

This intimation is in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company, through Vinod Mohan, company secretary & compliance officer, informed BSE Limited of the upcoming meeting.
