NCLT admits Antony Waste merger scheme with AG Enviro

Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has admitted the Joint Company Scheme Petition for the merger by absorption of AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited. The interim order for the hearing, held on September 25, 2025, marks a key milestone in the proposed scheme.

The NCLT’s order follows an earlier first motion petition order on May 29, 2025, which dispensed with meetings of shareholders and creditors. The final hearing for the petition is now scheduled for November 27, 2025.

As part of the process, notices will be issued to various statutory authorities and published in "Navshakti" (Marathi) and "Financial Express" (English) newspapers. Authorities have 30 days from receiving notice to submit representations, after which it will be presumed they have no objections to the proposal.
