Motherson fully acquires Youngshin Auto Tech

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited announced on October 9, 2025, the successful completion of its acquisition of an additional 20% stake in Youngshin Motherson Auto Tech Limited (YMAT). This transaction follows a disclosure made on August 29, 2025, regarding the intent to acquire the shares from Youngshin Components Co. Ltd., South Korea.

With the fulfillment of all precedent conditions, YMAT has officially become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited. This strategic move is expected to integrate YMAT more deeply into the company's global operations.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
