Marsons secures ₹17.48 crore power transformer order from Tarun Enterprise

Marsons Limited has secured a significant domestic purchase order valued at ₹17,48,76,000.00 (inclusive of GST) from Tarun Enterprise. The order, announced on October 9, 2025, is for the supply of 33/11 KV, 3-phase, 50 Hz, ONAN, 10.0 MVA, Cu Wound, Outdoor, Conventional type Power Transformers with accessories.

The company expects to execute the order within a six-month timeframe. This transaction is categorized as a domestic order, with no interest from promoters, promoter groups, or group companies in the awarding entity. Furthermore, the order does not fall under related party transactions and is considered to be done at "arm's length."
