Ketan Ratilal Patel, an individual not belonging to the promoter or promoter group, acquired an additional 10,000 shares carrying voting rights in Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. on October 8, 2025. The transaction took place on the open market and represents a 0.02% increase in his total shareholding.

Prior to this acquisition, Patel held 2,571,201 shares, accounting for 5.61% of the total share and voting capital of Arvind SmartSpaces. Following the acquisition, his total holding now stands at 2,581,201 shares, representing 5.63% of the company's equity and voting capital.
