Kalyan Jewellers board to review Q2, half-year financials

Kalyan Jewellers India Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 7, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window for designated persons, which closed on October 1, 2025, will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting. This closure was previously communicated to the stock exchanges on September 22, 2025.
