Insolation Energy establishes new solar power subsidiary

Insolation Energy Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated GRHE Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity, established on October 9, 2025, will function as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) dedicated to setting up solar power plants.

GRHE Green Infra Private Limited has an authorized share capital of INR 1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited will subscribe to 100% of these equity shares. As of its incorporation date, the new subsidiary has yet to commence business operations or generate turnover.

The SPV's primary business will involve the development, erection, installation, and operation of renewable energy power plants, with a focus on comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects. This strategic move aims to expand Insolation Energy's footprint in the solar industry.
