Hubtown subsidiary secures occupation certificate for two Mumbai towers

Hubtown Limited announced today, October 9, 2025, that its subsidiary, Rare Townships Private Limited (RTPL), has obtained the Occupation Certificate (OC) for two wings of its Rising City project. The certified wings are Manhattan Residency - Tower A4 and Detroit Residency - Tower A5, both located in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

This achievement follows an intimation dated March 4, 2025, and complies with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also reported robust sales for the two towers, with 1.23 lac square feet sold, representing approximately 75% of the total area between them.

The notification was issued by Shivil Kapoor, company secretary for Hubtown Limited.
