GTT Data Solutions relocates registered office from West Bengal to Maharashtra

GTT Data Solutions Limited, previously known as Cinerad Communications Limited, announced on October 9, 2025, that it has secured approval to change its registered office. The company will be relocating its registered office from the state of West Bengal to the state of Maharashtra.

This relocation follows an order passed by the Regional Director, Eastern Region (RD), on September 22, 2025. The company's current registered office is located at 80 Burtolla Street, Barabazar, Kolkata - 700 007, West Bengal, India.

The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The communication was signed by CS Ebrahim Nimuchwala, company secretary & compliance officer, on October 9, 2025.
