G.M. Breweries sees strong half-year financials, plans RTA change

G.M. Breweries Limited reported its unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025, showing a significant increase in total revenue from operations to INR 135,586 Lakhs, up from INR 119,637 Lakhs in the prior year. Profit for the period rose to INR 6,075 Lakhs compared to INR 4,661 Lakhs in the previous half-year, resulting in an earning per share of INR 26.59.

The board of directors also decided to replace the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent due to service deficiencies. The nomination and remuneration committee has been authorized to recommend and appoint a new agent, with further details to be shared once a definitive agreement is signed.

Total assets for the company stood at INR 1,10,096.07 Lakhs as of September 30, 2025, with total equity at INR 98,370.19 Lakhs. The statutory auditors have issued Limited Review Reports on the financial statements for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
