Coal India board to meet for Q2 results and dividend

Coal India Limited has announced its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter, which ended on September 30, 2025. These results will first be reviewed by the Audit Committee.

Additionally, the board will consider and potentially declare a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company also confirmed its "Trading Window" for insiders, which closed on October 1, 2025, will reopen on November 3, 2025.
